During the 90s, the Pilton Party saw a stream of distinguished headliners such as The Lightning Seeds, Stone Roses, Placebo, Catatonia and Glastonbury band Reef, and as the millennium drew closer, the event grew in size, with the capacity of the venue doubling from 2,000 to 4,000.
