| Census committee hopes marketing campaign will boost census participation levels |

QUINCY -- A $74,000 marketing and advertising grant from Illinois Secretary of State's office will be used by the city of Quincy's Complete Count Committee in hopes that the additional coverage of the upcoming U.S. Census will help bolster participation rates in the city and help stave off the loss of one or two congressional seats in the state.
