05 Jul 2019 - Deputy president William Ruto together with his wife Rachel adopted a baby girl back in 2015. Ruto adopted Nadia Jerono two years ago after she was found buried with parts of her body decomposing. She was later transferred to Madre Ippolita Children’s Home in Machakos for specialized treatment and adoption.
