Foreign Minister Julie Bishop says she is not campaigning for the job of Prime Minister, but cannot say whether a Liberal MP will move a spill motion against Tony Abbott. Ms Bishop and Malcolm Turnbull are the two MPs most likely to take over if Mr Abbott is deposed.
