| Fallen Colorado State Patrol trooper remembered as “knight in shining armor” during service |
|
Colorado State Patrol Trooper William Modén loved classic rock and the television show “Family Guy.” He was a “walking encyclopedia” and remembered the license plate number of every car he had ever owned. He once put on a bark shock collar meant for dogs just to see what it would feel like. He had a big laugh and gave big hugs.
