Fevrier 5, 2015 COLLINS RADIO METROPOLE, and other stations, are reporting a series of outrages in St Raphael, near Cap Haitien, in which nuns were beaten and raped. Their house burned to the ground. Foreigners who came to their rescue were also beaten. Some kidnaps reported in the initial broadcasts.
