. FRANKLIN. Joe Rogers, 90, of Franklin, went to be with the Lord at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019. A native of Indianapolis, Joe was born July 10, 1928 to the late Otis Rogers and Julia Davis Rogers. Joe married Barbara (Sampson) Rogers who survives. Joe was an equipment operator for Link Belt, retiring after 38 years.
