> Entergy Texas Storm Restoration Saturday Morning Update. 05/11/2019. Severe weather blew through the Entergy Texas service territory May 10 th , causing extensive and widespread damage. The storm included high winds and rain and caused a significant number of outages for customers. Overnight, Entergy Texas restored more than 10,000 customers.
