In anticipation of the crowd expected at the Presidential Campaign Rally of the All Progressives Congress (APC) slated for today in Lagos State, no fewer than 500 officers of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) have been deployed to manage vehicular traffic.
