25 YEARS AGO Wagga's Community Consultative Committee was told that 285 crimes were committed in the Wagga Police patrol during April compared to 193 in March. Leading figure in the country NSW newspaper industry and former group general manager of The Daily Advertiser, John Jackson has died in Wagga at the age of 65.
