Buffalo police reported Wednesday evening that SWAT and crisis management teams were on scene of a Roesch Avenue incident. Police reported there was a "barricaded subject" in the 100 block and there appeared to be some sort of standoff. An hour later, police said the incident ended peacefully and one person was being taken to ECMC for evaluation.
