WELLINGTON, New Zealand (RNZI, Sept. 2) – There has been further change in the Tongan Government Cabinet. The Prime Minister, Ulukalala Lavaka Ata, has given up his Foreign Affairs portfolio, though he will continue as Defence Minister. A government statement says the King has appointed a lifelong civil servant to take over as foreign minister.
