The announcement over the weekend regarding Reading's Central Pennsylvania African American Museum elicits mixed emotions. The museum at 119 N. 10th St. is closing, and its collection of rare artifacts and records is being donated to Albright College, where it will serve as the basis of a new center for African-American studies at the school.
