Pause For Thought broadcaster Reverend Ruth Scott has died aged 60 after a two-year secret battle with cancer. The BBC said she died peacefully in Southampton General Hospital on Wednesday evening, with her husband and daughter present. There has been an outpouring of grief over her death, having only revealed she was terminally ill a week ago.
