Health Minister Simon Harris has spoken openly about the terror his wife felt after a group gathered outside their family home last weekend. Last Sunday, Harris was at home in Delgany, Co Wicklow , while his wife Caoimhe and now four-week-old daughter Saoirse had gone for a walk.
