Australia’s Prime Minister Tony Abbott dismissed reports of dissent among his lawmakers amid a slump in poll ratings as the government struggles to pass budget measures. “That’s nonsense,” Abbott said on 3AW radio today when asked to comment on increasing speculation of a change in leadership.
