In an interview on radio dzBB, Acosta said a Commission on Audit (COA) report showed that measles vaccines were under-distributed from 2014 to 2017, probably because of an under-supply. She also said that if the P3.5 billion spent on purchasing Dengvaxia were used to buy “proven vaccines,” under-distribution would not have been a problem.
