Croatia's Foreign Ministry says in a statement Monday that it "strongly condemns the breach of human rights and the rule of law" by Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro. Guaidio is the head of the opposition-led National Assembly and declared himself Venezuela's legitimate ruler on Jan. 23. 7:25 p.m.
