Caracas (AFP) - Here is a summary of developments in Venezuela since a group of soldiers briefly rose up against President Nicolas Maduro on January 21. The country is in economic and political crisis, suffering shortages of food and medicine. It has the world's highest inflation rate, forecast to hit 10 million percent this year.
