MANILA Storm Signal No. 1 remains hoisted over Metro Manila Sunday afternoon even as tropical storm "Amang" slightly weakened after making landfall in Camarines Sur. In its 11 a.m. severe weather bulletin, PAGASA said the center of the storm was spotted 100 km west-northwest of Virac, Catanduanes.
