Police have been put on high alert after yet another child went missing in Pipeline Estate Nairobi. Reports reaching TUKO.co.ke say the child, identified as Joseph Oseko Gisore, went missing on Monday, December 31 2018. He was last seen in Pipeline Church on the fateful day and following his disappearance, no one has heard from him again.
