Signal number 2 raised over Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar. MANILA -- Tropical storm "Amang" has slightly intensified as it moves closer to land. In its 11 p.m. bulletin, state weather bureau PAGASA said it expects the tropical cyclone to hit Borongan, Eastern Samar early Sunday morning.
