Mary DuBuisson won the open District 90 House of Representatives seat, beating John Raymond in Saturday’s (Dec. 8) runoff. The eastern St. Tammany Parish post opened when Greg Cromer resigned in June to become mayor of Slidell. The district stretches from Lake Pontchartrain to Pearl River and includes much of Slidell.
