In Manila, parishioners of the Our Lady of the Abandoned parish in Sta. Ana camped out near the nunciature at 3 a.m., radio dzBB's Tuesday Niu reported.
But as they could not get near the nunciature, they decided to stay near the Light Rail Transit's Quirino Avenue station.
