Mr Morgan said Contostavlos charged at him in a 'drunken and angry state' as he attempted to leave V Festival in Chelmsford, Essex, in August 2013. Contostavlos was walking in a similar direction with a group of people which included former Sugababes singer Mutya Buena when she approached Mr Morgan, the court heard.
