Some glitches were seen in security arrangements for Pope Francis' arrival in the Philippines on Jan. 15, following a dry run by concerned government agencies Monday.
Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Francis Tolentino admitted this Tuesday but said they expect to correct these by Thursday.
