Motorists and those with flights to catch, be warned: Roads along the route of Pope Francis' arrival on Jan. 15 will be closed starting 11 p.m. Tuesday for a final dress rehearsal, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said.
In a radio interview, MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said the actual dry run will be at 1 a.
