A move by one of Northern Ireland’s leading Muslims to clarify remarks about Islamic extremists has been welcomed by Jeffrey Donaldson. Dr Raied Al-Wazzan was heavily criticised after he told the BBC on Friday that the radical ISIS group had made his home city in Iraq one of the most peaceful places on Earth.
