MANILA The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has expanded its “no fly” zone policy to areas that will be visited by Pope Francis. CAAP deputy director general Rodante Joya said a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) has been issued to specify the areas tagged as “no fly” zones, which include Malacanang, University of Sto.
