The Philippine National Police will go on full alert on Jan. 12, Monday, in time for the visit of Pope Francis to the Philippines.
Acting PNP chief Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina said this will allow them to go full blast as far as preparations for the visit are concerned, radio dzBB reported Thursday.
