Tags: Manila City The Philippine National Police is working closely with the Manila city government to ensure security at the Feast of the Black Nazarene on Jan. 9, Malacañang said Saturday.
Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte said security preparations are in place for devotees and the public on the feast day.
