Rep. Steve Scalise of Louisiana addressed a group formed by former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke more than a decade ago, ostensibly to promote cuts in state spending and to oppose tax increases. Scalise now says he regrets the decision to speak before the European-American Unity and Rights Organization as a state legislator.
