Rival communities in South Sudan’s Bor town of Jonglei State on Tuesday agreed to cease hostilities over a grazing land during a peace conference. The two clans of Ater in Makwach County and Palek of Anyidi County have clashed for years over ownership of a piece of grazing land located along the Nile.
