Sainted. If anyone needs to be “Sainted,” it’s Tom Campanian. Five years ago Tom initiated a program called, ”Safe Summer Nights,” in conjunction with the St. Paul Police Department. Safe Summer Nights is conducted at Community Centers in St. Paul and surrounding areas. It’s where the police officers mingle with the people on a friendly basis.
