CINCINNATI – Police received a call there was an "active shooter" scene at 9:10 a.m. Police reported the scene as secure at 9:15 a.m. in Downtown at the Fifth Third Center off Fountain Square. Police said three or four officers responded to the scene and engaged the shooter. The Fifth Third Center was under a lockdown until around 11:20 a.
