A rally took place in Castlebar earlier today in an effort to voice concern over the closure of rural post offices. The Save our Post Offices in Mayo event concluded in the past hour at the Mall in Castlebar. There was a smaller turnout that had been hoped but organisers say they are hopeful this is the start of a bigger campaign in the county.
