Authorities say several people waiting outside the Arizona Capitol to pay their respects to U.S. Sen. John McCain have been overcome by extreme heat. The Arizona Department of Public Safety tweeted that two people were transported Wednesday to a hospital. Several others were treated at the scene in the span of an hour.
