There could be anywhere from 15 to 25 millimetres of rain with winds gusting up to 20 to 40 km/h. “Right now in the forecast we are saying up to 25 millimetres of rain,” Gerald Cheng told the Star, a meteorologist with Environment Canada for Toronto and surrounding areas.
