David Lincoln Henry Sr. David Lincoln Henry Sr. was born on Feb. 27, 1928, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was the third child of Madeleine Little and James Henry. He was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother Jim. He attended Rutgers Prep School, New York University and The Pacific School of Religion.
