Alliance for Development and Democracy (ADD) president Charles Milupi is in Western province campaigning for his fellow opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema with whose party – the UPND – he has formed a loose alliance. The ADD has a minimally strong presence in Western province largely because it is where its leader hails.
