28 de junio de 2018, 09:32 La Paz, June 28 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian President Evo Morales arrived in Rome Thursday to attend the investiture ceremony of Bishop Toribio Ticona as Cardinal by Pope Francis, with whom he will hold a meeting next Saturday.
