A bit over a year ago, the city of Bend chose Pacific Crest Affordable Housing to develop a parcel of land on Bend’s east side. When it’s finished, the project, now called Coyner Hollow, will be the site of 26 owner-occupied affordable homes for purchasers whose annual income falls below the median for the area.
