Duncan Dorsey can’t get the eerie smile out of his head of the man who walked into his yard last weekend and unloaded a shotgun, killing his 15-year-old daughter and a long-time friend. Dorsey was celebrating his 54th birthday, sitting in the front yard of his Belvedere home at about 1:30 a.m.
