At least four people in Borongan in Eastern Samar were feared killed in the wake of floods brought by Tropical Storm Ruby (Hagupit), the local bishop said Monday.
Borongan Bishop Crispin Varquez cited information reaching him about the deaths, Church-run Radio Veritas reported.
