MP Barnaby Joyce has called for new privacy laws after an altercation with a photographer, as the media storm surrounding him continues. The MP has said in an interview he didn’t threaten the photographer, who he claims was “hiding in bushes” outside a church in Armidale, NSW, yesterday.
