THE House gallery and lobby on Monday night were filled with people, mostly hotel employees, who wanted to express their opinions on Senate Bill 20-35 which will extend public-land-lease terms from 40 to 55 years. Among those who testified were former Gov. Juan Nekai Babauta, attorney Charles P. Reyes Jr.
