Thursday 4th December, 2014. Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican Secretary of State, presided at a Mass on December 3 at the basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, marking the 100th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic ties between the Holy See and the United Kingdom.
