| Billy Cannon was more than just a Heisman Trophy winner |
|
It wasn't just the magnificent lineup of speakers that painted a multi-faceted picture of LSU football legend Dr. Billy Cannon's life at his memorial service Wednesday. There were so many other folks in attendance at Maravich Center that had been touched by the kindness and humor of Cannon, who died in his sleep Sunday at age 80.
