Apia, SAMOA — Samoa Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi says the taxation of church ministers should not have been an issue at the Congregational Christian Church of Samoa's Annual General Conference. The fonotele is currently in progress at the church headquarters in Malua.
