Olga Hutchins, who founded her own one-woman advertising agency, died of Parkinson’s disease complications April 14 at Springwell Assisted Living in Mount Washington. She was 90. Born Olga Klein in Baltimore and raised on Cliffwood Avenue, she was the daughter of William Klein and his wife, Anna.
